Orders are accepted via fax (Order From) or e-mail. Please inquire for availability of flowers and expected date. We will confirm your final order as soon as possible. Once you receive confirmation, we fill fax or e-mail your Proforma invoice. Payment must be made at this time. Then, copies of all necessary documents will be faxed to customer and/or customer’s agent at the specified port of entry. Everything will be then processed and your order will be shipped within 7 working days after payment was done. 

-  Our minimum order is $400 USD merchandise. All shipments will be shipped by airfreight. (FOB Bangkok)

-  Minimum order each plants name have to be at least 5 plants. (Minimum flask = 20 flasks)

(The many countries need Import Permits for ordering orchids. Please check with your local Department of Agriculture regarding Import Permits.)

-  All of our prices are wholesale and at the lowest price we can offer. All sales are by cash or by wire transfer only.

-  Price shown are net price of plants with packing, handling, Phytosanitary certificate CITES, and shipping charge of US$ 80 add to all order.

-  Airfreight fee must be paid by collected or prepaid.

-  All orders must be prepaid in full amount by Bank Transfer (wire transfer (T/T)) or as agreed.

As soon as you transfer the money, please send us your copy of remittance via fax or E-mail.

-  If the cross is sold out, we will substitute with the similar one.

-  We guarantee that the shipment will reach you safely, in case of damage
please notify us within 2 days after arrival of shipment.

-  We will make every effort to be sure that your plants will arrive in good condition. Any plants damaged due to freezing, overheating, or pour packing will be replaced by notifying us within 2 days after arrival. To make a claim, photos must be taken of the damaged plants and sent to us. We will do our best to make amends and any claims approved by us will be compensated with replacement plant products added to next order.

-  Damage of the plants from the delay of the usual shipment of perisable goods will be replacement. But buyers have to pay all of the freight charges, and shipping charge.

-  In case of fumigation from the arrival inspection, MajikOrchid will be responsible for the costs of the fumigation, the plants damaged, but customer have to pay for the freight charges of the free replacement.

- Plants will be shipped by air freight, packed in cardboard box, dimension 99 x 49 x 37 cm. = 29.91 kg. by volume weight

- Unless otherwise instructed, plants will be packed as follows:
        Plants in compots and 1" clay pot will be shipped out of pot, bare root.
        Plants grown in  2 1/2" clay pot or plastic basket will be shipped with basket or clay pots.
        Plants grow in 4" plastic baskets will be shipped with baskets.       

-  Seedling in Bottle. One bottle contains 40 - 45 seedlings. Packing in corboard carton dimension 45 x 57 x 19 centimetres contain 
20 bottles per one carton.
